A limited edition photobook of the Phoumi series. Limited to 100 copies, signed and numbered. A4, 40 pages.
Phoumi, meaning “village” in Khmer, is a project shot over a three year period in the floating villages of Kompong Luong and Chong Kneas on the Tonle Sap Lake in Cambodia.
Inhabited by a mixture of Vietnamese and Khmer fishing communities, they travel up and down the lake depending on the seasons and rainfall. The villages face a serious ongoing problem of access to clean and safe drinking water which several charities are working to address.
